SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within Ireland for all orders over €100. We ship via An Post (the Irish postal service) worldwide.

Delivery is tracked and requires a signature. If An Post is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you.

If you would like us to ship via a different service please contact us at info@laura-chambers.com and we can arrange a courier service delivery at your own additional cost.  

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, apart form styles that except where it states that items are made to order, in this case it can take up to 7 working days for an order to be made and dispatched.

Items sent overseas incur a postage charge and may be subject to delay due to customs clearance. There will be a delay in dispatch during Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. Items may take a little longer during peak times due to higher volume in the run up to Christmas.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery within Ireland.

Please allow up to 15 days for international deliveries.

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount that this may be.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will happily refund or exchange any goods returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note around the Christmas period, we can exchange items within 45 days of purchase due to change of mind or if bought as a gift that someone would like to swap.

Please contact us by email at info@laura-chambers.com as soon as possible and let us know you want to request a refund.

Only items returned to us in perfect condition with original tags; unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed will be refunded.

It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, and it is always best to be sent via a tracked method and retain the proof of postage.

Sadly we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to us or for any international duties and taxes. 

Any returned orders from outside Europe need to be marked: "Returned Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that no taxes are levied. 

Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for your refund to be processed to your method of payment for the purchase price, once we have received your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
