Where are your products made?

All of our Laura Chambers products are designed and lovingly hand-loomed in Dublin, Ireland. 

 

Are all of your products made with 100% Cashmere?

Yes, we are so proud that all of our products are made with 100% cashmere that comes from a reputable and long-established fabric mills in Italy and Scotland. We use LORO PIANA, Cariaggi and Todd & Duncan.

 

Can I only order online?

At this time, the Laura Chambers collection is exclusively sold through our online website. However on occasion we have pop ups & sample sales, so subscribe to our newsletter or keep on eye on our social media for more info on these. If you have any queries about ordering online or would like us to answer any questions before you place an order, please send us an email and we’d be more than happy to help. If you would feel more comfortable placing an order over the phone we can also accommodate this. 

 

I love a product on your site, but I’d like it in another colour, is this possible?

If we have the particular colour or a variation of the colour that you are looking for in stock, then yes this is something that we can do. But please bear in mind that this will take a bit longer to produce as it will be put through as a special one-off order. There will also be a 10% surcharge applied for a bespoke colour change. 

 

Are the colours of the products shown on your website true to Colour?

Yes, all of the products shown on our website are pretty much true to colour, however there can be slight variations particularly with the vibrant pinks.

 

Why are your products a little more expensive than some other knitwear brands that I’ve seen online?

All of our products are made using 100% cashmere and are delicately hand-loomed locally in Dublin, Ireland. Meaning our pieces are produced in limited runs only if and when they are ordered. As our products are made in Ireland in this way, the cost of making is a lot higher as well as paying a fair wage to our expert knitters that produce our beautiful pieces. A lot more time, energy, expertise and love goes into creating our pieces in this way. We don’t use any wool blends or wool mixes in our pieces and none of our collections are mass produced in large factories in other countries. 

 

I love a product on your site, but I don’t see it in my size, how can I see if you have my size?

Please email us the size and the details of the product you are looking for and we’ll see what we can do to find it in your size. 

 

I love a product on your site, but it’s sold out, will it be coming back into stock?

Generally, products are marked as sold out as we are no longer stocking these pieces, but in some cases if we still have the yarn available we will be able to re-make these pieces on request. So please email us the product details, with the colour and size that you are looking for and we will see if it’s possible to get them made up for you. 

 

Do your products ever go on sale?

Yes, please see the Sale section of our website for any items that have been reduced in price and are now on sale. 

I want to order something as a present, can you ship it directly to that person?

Yes of course you just need to make sure that the delivery address is different to that of the billing address and we will be able to send it to your recipient. We also offer a complimentary gift card with all orders, so should you want us to write a little note to accompany your present, please remember to input those details at the checkout. 

 

How can I change the name and address on my order?

It is not possible to change your name and address online once your order has been completed. So please send us an email as soon as you can and we will hopefully be able to amend the shipping name and address on your order, if it has not already been dispatched.

 

What delivery options do you offer?

All of our parcels are sent out with An Post express delivery service. On request, we can arrange a courier service delivery at your own additional cost.  

 

I placed an order but it still hasn’t arrived?

All of our parcels are sent out with An Post express delivery service. 

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery within Ireland and the U.K.

Please allow up to 15 days for international deliveries.

 

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

It’s very rare that customers experience any fault with our products, but should you however receive a faulty product, please email us upon delivery. 

Once we have approved the return, we will ask you to please return the product to us for a full refund including postage.

 

How do I return an item?

We do not offer a free returns service, so should you wish to return an item due to change of mind or to exchange it for another size or colour you will need to return it at your own cost.

I returned an item and I’m waiting on a refund, when will I receive my refund?

From the time that we receive your returned goods, it generally takes 14 days to issue a refund. Please allow this time for the refund to be processed, please email us if your refund has taken longer than this and we will look into it further.
